Talent Development Project (TDP)

The Talent Development Project Foundation (TDP) was established in 1991 as a means of cultivating the extraordinary talent being unearthed at the annual Schools Spectacular. It is now the most successful youth training and development program in the music and entertainment industry in Australia

Garrijimanha is working with the TDP in:

-          Consultation: To develop strategies on how to include an Indigenous aspect within the core project. As a result of this consultation Garrijimanha will be leading a 2 day workshop for the youth that will feature small workshops lead by Indigenous professionals and Traditional Experts within the arts sector.

-          TDP Regional Ambassador: in 2021 Garrijimanha and Ricky Bloomfield will host Auditions throughout regional Australia and Indigenous communities to seek out talent for the core program.

 CULTURAL MUSIC EXPERIENCE

Garrijimanha's 'Cultural Music Experience'  shares Indigenous culture with our future leaders.

This Fun and energy filled initiative enables the children to connect with an indigenous perspective through dreamtime stories, movement, Indigenous language and song. Aiding in cultural competence, connection to community, connection and understanding to the world around them and connection to one of the oldest surviving cultures.

Discover Your Voice
SHARE THE STORY

Discover Your Voice is a fun singing experience that creates a non-competitive space where every voice matters equally. We offer a creative experience that allows your team to weave their personal vision and values with their professional values and vision in a song that they co-create together

Garrijimanha is thrilled to be working alongside Discover Your Voice to create promotional videos that honor and represent the heart and story of where it all began.

ONE MOB DREAMING

One Mob Dreaming Choir is a collaboration of Indigenous and non-Indigenous children’s voices from the Bega Valley. The children have co-written one of the songs (Mother Earth - Written by Chelsy Atkins) they performed at Giiyong Festival. They have been rehearsing with Chelsy Atkins and Corinne Gibbons for two months or more, to bring their beautiful message of hope for the future and hope for the environment in a joyful expression of song.
