The Last Post - First Nations Inclusion Project
In the spirit of conciliation, a new arrangement of ‘The Last Post’ has been produced in consultation with relevant organisations and community groups.
The new arrangement features the didgeridoo alongside the bugle for the first time, and is representative of the unity that existed between First Nations and Australian soldiers on the battlefield.
‘The Last Post’ is a special ceremonial piece of great significance to everyone who has fought for this country, and their families. The new arrangement 'The Last Post (Winds of Change)', is a healing acknowledgment, and a practical way of sharing the history of all our Diggers serving together.
